How does Momster think about nature?
Maternity clothes that you don't have to throw away after your pregnancy and that you can wear longer so you can enjoy them longer. Our collection is made to be beautiful both without and with your beautiful pregnancy belly. In this way we want to counteract the current disposable Fast Fashion culture. This is not only better for nature but also for your wallet.
Recycled and reusable shipping bags!
Great to be able to shop online from the comfort of your home, but unfortunately nature is not always happy with that. That is why we send the MOMSTER items in shipping bags made of recycled plastic, with a double adhesive strip so that you can easily reuse our mailing bags.
Natural or recycled materials!
More than half of the MOMSTER collection is made from recycled materials or from natural materials such as cotton or wood pulp. We strive to increase this with each collection.

Choosing the right size
Not sure of your size? All right! That is why we have specially made intermediate sizes (XS/S, S/M, M/L, L/XL). If you are in doubt about your size for MOMSTER, it is best to choose the intermediate size that is closest to your normal size. Example: If you normally have a “small” S, choose XS/S. Do you normally have a slightly "larger" S, then choose S/M, etc... Still in doubt? Then take the larger size. On every product page you can also find the length and size of the model as a reference.
Is there a shop where I can try the clothes on?
YESSS! Or at least for the quick decision makers 😊 We temporarily have a pop-up store in Kortrijk, Sionstraat 8. This is open from Tuesday to Saturday from the 1st of March until to the 31st of May 2023.
Cancel or change an online order
Once your order has been confirmed, you cannot change or cancel it. You can of course always return the items you no longer want for free.

We work with Shopify Payments to secure your payments. Shopify is one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the world.
If the payment is not successful, your order attempt will be automatically canceled and you can try to place a new order. If you continue to experience problems, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do you use a promo code?
Go to your shopping cart and click on 'continue to checkout'. Enter the code in the 'discount code' field. Click on 'add'. Now you can pay with peace of mind.
To which countries do we ship orders?
We currently ship in Belgium and the Netherlands.
We normally ship in Belgium for a shipping cost of 5.99 euro and in the Netherlands for a shipping cost of 7.99 euro. This will become visible after you have entered a delivery address at checkout. We are happy to pay the return costs and are completely free for you. Right now, we offer free shipping!
Shipping of your online order
We try to dispatch orders placed before 3pm on business days within 1 business day. Normally you will receive your delivery 1-3 working days later in Belgium and 2 to 4 working days later in the Netherlands.
Deliveries are offered via Bpost on working days between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. You will receive a track & trace number from us via a separate email so that you know when to expect your delivery. Exciting...!
Estimated delivery time
We aim to get your package to you within 2 to 4 working days. Due to external circumstances due to Covid-19 and the strong boost of online purchases, delays are unfortunately always possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us via sendcloud with a tracking code. You can follow the status of your shipment perfectly via this link.
Delivery in a store
At the moment it is not possible to have an online order delivered in a pop-up store.
How can I return an online order?

Can I return an online order in a pop-up?
Yes you can! Please make sure to check our website and socials to make sure you know the location of our pop-up as well as opening hours. We wouldn't want you to stand in front of closed doors.
What are the conditions for free returns?
You can return items for free if you return the items within 14 days of receipt. Our shipping bags, made from recycled plastic, are specially made to be reused, handy for you and nature will thank us. The items you wish to return must be in new condition (unworn), with original hang tags still attached. In addition, the articles must also be fully routed, so together with all items such as a waistband, belt, etc... that belong to the original product and were supplied by us.

When will I be refunded?
Once your return has been processed (up to 7 days after receipt), you will receive an email to confirm the refund. It can take up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. The refund will be made via the same payment method that the order was used with. If you have not heard from us more than 14 days after returning your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
