How can I return an online order?

You can register your return via our return portal https://momster.shipping-portal.com/rp/. Enter your zip code and order number here and follow the steps to create your shipping label for free. Reuse our recycled plastic shipping bags with a handy double adhesive strip for easy returns. 

Can I return an online order in a pop-up?

At the moment it is not yet possible to return an online order in our pop-up store in Ghent.exchangeExchanges are not possible for online orders. If you wish to receive a different size or color, you must place a new online order. The items that were not the right size can be returned free of charge and will be refunded. 

What are the conditions for free returns?

You can return items for free if you return the items within 14 days of receipt. Our shipping bags, made from recycled plastic, are specially made to be reused, handy for you and nature will thank us. The items you wish to return must be in new condition (unworn), with original hang tags still attached. In addition, the articles must also be fully routed, so together with all items such as a waistband, belt, etc... that belong to the original product and were supplied by us.

Was my return well received?

Once your return has arrived and has been processed (up to 7 days), we will send you an email to confirm the refund. If you have not heard from us more than 14 days after returning your order, please contact us at info@momster.eu

When will I be refunded?

Once your return has been processed (up to 7 days after receipt), you will receive an email to confirm the refund. It can take up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on the bank or credit card issuer. The refund will be made via the same payment method that the order was used with.
